MapiGO for business

QR badges for visitors to your venue

A visitor scans a QR code at your venue and collects a badge in MapiGO. Put the code at reception or by the till, where someone has a moment to scan it.

A badge to keep after the visit

The badge belongs to your place. Scanning its QR code unlocks it in MapiGO as a souvenir of the visit. Add a short explanation next to the code so visitors know what they can collect. Show staff how it works too, so they can answer questions.

Manage it in the owner panel

Badges are currently free. Manage your badge in the browser-based owner panel. You can also see unlock counts, showing how many times visitors collected the badge after scanning its code.

Getting started

Set up a badge at your venue

  1. Open the owner panel

Prepare your place details and follow the badge setup.

  2. Choose where to put the code

Put it somewhere visible and easy to reach. At reception, check that other materials do not cover it.

  3. Try scanning it

Test the code from where a visitor will stand. Show staff what appears after scanning.
